摘要： The invention relates to a method for the selective acidic dezincification of steel scrap. The selective complete dezincification is achieved by adding oils, wherein the dissolution of iron by the autogenous inhibitory action of the oils is substantially suppressed. The steel scrap obtained after dezincification is provided with corrosion protection due to the remaining oil film, preventing the formation of iron oxide layers and thus the blackening of the scrap. The oil discharged with the dezincification solution can be separated as a pure phase by flotation support and can be used again as an inhibitor.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for dezincifying zinced steel scrap, wherein the zinced steel scrap is brought into contact with an acidic solution, which is already pre-loaded with zinc ions. It has been shown that a significant acceleration of the zinc dissolution can be effected in this way so that the reaction times can be kept sufficiently low to substantially prevent iron from also being dissolved, which would be undesirable. In particular, the method can be coupled with the primary zinc production in that a solution produced during the dissolution of zinc oxide obtained from zinc ore is used as the acidic solution.
