摘要: The present invention relates to ester compounds comprising a 2-(1,5-dimethyl-4-methylenecyclopent-2-en-1-yl)ethyl core and to a composition that comprises said compounds and attracts the species Pseudococcus longispinus. The present invention also refers to an attractant device for Pseudococcus longispinus comprising said compounds or said composition, preferably incorporated in a carrier, to a method for control and/or monitoring of the populations of insects of the species Pseudococcus longispinus and to the use of the compound, composition or device of the invention for control and/or monitoring of the pest. Finally, the present invention provides a method for preparing the ester compounds of the invention.
