摘要: A rubber composition for tire tread, and a tire manufactured using the rubber composition are provided. The rubber composition for tire tread include 100 parts by weight of a raw material rubber; 2 to 30 parts by weight of a liquid polymer containing double bonds in the main chain at a proportion of 10 mol% to 90 mol%; 2 to 30 parts by weight of a hydrocarbon resin; and 80 to 180 parts by weight of a reinforcing filler. The rubber composition can provide a tire which has the steering and braking performance on a wet road surface and an icy and snowy road surface simultaneously improved and in which the occurrence of lamination cut-chip is prevented.

The present invention exhibits effects of preventing an excessive increase in weight, the occurrence of excessive heat generation, and deterioration of durability, further enhancing the ground contact length at the ground contacting center, and further enhancing the durability at belt layer edges, by means of a wide spiral coil belt having a four-layer belt structure, in which the order of lamination of the helical coil has been changed and the width has been increased, and by means of an extender belt.

wherein the sound-absorbing material is continuously extended in a circumferential direction in the tire and is disposed such that an adhesion starting point finally contacts an adhesion end point, or is spaced from the adhesion end point so as to face each other, the sound-absorbing material has an open cell on a surface thereof, a volume of the sound-absorbing material is 14% to 26% with respect to a total volume of the tire, wherein the total volume of the tire is defined as a volume of an area extending from a bottom surface of a tread to under a rim, and a maximum width of the sound-absorbing material is 35% to 60% with respect to a width of the tire tread and a surface area of the sound-absorbing material is 10% to 50% with respect to a surface area of the rim of a wheel on the surface of the inner liner to which the sound-absorbing material is adhered.
In accordance with the present invention, there is an advantage of more effectively reducing noise in tires by changing a noise energy causing resonance and a frequency generated by the energy.-
