    摘要： The present invention relates to a high intensity focused ultrasonic (HIFU) medical instrument with dual treatment transducers located around an imaging transducer. The treatment transducers are contained within an exchangeable cartridge. A graphical user interface on a touch-screen allows selection of icons that correspond to different facial regions to be treated. Selection of parameters adapted for a facelift of the selected region is thus possible. The emitted high intensity focused ultrasound is suitable to deliver ultrasonic heat to the superficial musculo-aponeurotic system (SMAS) and the subcutaneous tissue region and thereby perform a facelift (cosmetic surgical operation to remove unwanted wrinkles by tightening the skin of the face) and collagen remodelling effect.

    摘要： Disclosed is a focused ultrasound operation apparatus that comprises: an operation hand piece that includes a handle unit that is used as a handle for a user; a cartridge that includes an ultrasound treatment unit, which generates a focused ultrasound, and has the shape of a circular cylinder or bar, the cartridge being attached to, and detached from, the operation hand piece; a window provided on the cartridge to pass the focused ultrasound generated by the ultrasound treatment unit; and a driver that drives the ultrasound treatment unit to move the ultrasound treatment unit forward and backward, wherein the focused ultrasound operation apparatus further comprises at least one of a detector that detects whether the cartridge is normally placed within the vagina, an image probe that performs imaging of a skin tissue at a predetermined depth from the skin surface of the vagina, and a buffer part formed of a flexible material.
