摘要: In a high-intensity focused ultrasound generation device according to the present invention, each of a plurality of transducers is mounted to a transducer holder, the transducer holder is detachably coupled to an ultrasonic radiation frame, thereby facilitating the individual replacement and repair of each transducer, in addition, at least a portion of a side surface of the transducer holder is incised to form an opening, and thus the vibration wave energy radiating forward from the transducers seated on the transducer holders is maximized, thereby improving output. In addition, the transducer is seated on support protrusions of the transducer holder, and the transducer holder and the transducer are bonded with flexible glue, so that the position of the transducer is fixed while the transducer is capable of vibrating, thereby reducing vibration wave energy loss of the transducer.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to techniques for accurate positioning of an energy application device for neuromodulation treatment protocols. In one embodiment, a neuromodulation positioning patch is applied to a patient's skin. The energy application device is configured to couple to a frame of the neuromodulation positioning patch to position a transducer of the energy application device within an opening at a treatment position within the opening. In one embodiment, the frame is also configured to couple to a removable dock for an imaging probe that, when coupled to the removable dock and, in turn, the frame of the neuromodulation positioning patch, is configured to acquire image data through the opening to identify or verify a treatment position.

摘要: An apparatus (100) for stimulating a part of a peripheral nervous system comprises: a sensor unit (110) comprising at least one ultrasound transducer (112; 612) configured to transmit ultrasound into the part of the peripheral nervous system and at least one pair of electrodes (114; 614) configured to detect electrical signals in the part of the peripheral nervous system, wherein the sensor unit (110) is configured to determine structural information and functional information of the part of the peripheral nervous system; a stimulation unit (120) configured to transmit a stimulation signal for selective stimulation of a position within the part of the peripheral nervous system; and a controller (140) configured to receive the structural information and the functional information and configured to control a location of the selective stimulation within the part of the peripheral nervous system based on the structural information and the functional information.
