The invention refers to an electro-mechanical device specially designed so that in combination with a laser generator it can be used to treat the inner tissue of the vagina and, as a consequence of said treatment, retract the pelvic floor so that the bladder is lifted and due to its change in angle, slight or moderate urine leakage is resolved or improved. With the same device and laser generator, it is also possible to treat the inner surface of the vagina, reducing possible laxity arising from childbirth and aging.

The invention relates to a non-surgical system for the retraction of the eyelid tissue of a patient meant to tighten the tissue without making an ablation, that is designed to be coupled to any laser generator equipment present in the market and wherein the laser generator supplies a laser beam in continuous mode to a handpiece. The system is characterised by comprising a handpiece that can be coupled to a laser generator operating in a power range of 0.1 to 10W and with treatment times of 0.1 to 5s, and having one or more lenses that focus or collimate the laser beam to a small spot with a diameter of 0.5 to 5mm. The invention relates to an electromechanical intravaginal device specifically designed for a doctor to insert it inside the vagina in order to treat a specific area of the vaginal canal, achieving the stimulation and regeneration of vaginal tissue. The intravaginal device is coupled to a laser generator that produces a laser beam which crosses internally the intravaginal device and is reflected by a mirror towards the area to be treated in the vaginal canal. It is characterised in that it allows the laser generator to fire and then the intravaginal device to rotate automatically to the following angular position successively, until reaching the predefined angular path, while at the same time advancing axially (forward or backward) within the vaginal canal in a fully automated and programmable manner, which allows fractioning the laser beam. This allows performing a great variety of treatments of the vaginal canal depending on the needs of each patient (specific areas and/or specific intensities for each area). It is also highly ergonomic for the doctor, provides a high safety for the patient (since all points and areas to treat will be treated only once), and high efficiency of treatment (since human errors are eliminated and a fully uniform and orderly delivery of the laser energy is ensured, preventing superposition of impacts and heat accumulation in a given area, as well as preventing blank spaces in the vaginal tissue).

The invention relates to an electro-mechanical-type handpiece, specially designed to be used with a laser generator, particularly those that use CO 2 laser and provide a laser beam in fractional mode, and according to a pattern of homogeneous points aligned in rows, columns or diagonally, the configuration of which allows the internal tissue along the entire length of the vagina to be treated and, as a consequence of this treatment, the pelvic floor to be retracted, such that the urinary bladder is consequently elevated and, owing to the change in angle thereof, slight or moderate losses of urine are resolved or improved. In addition, the device can be used to treat the inner surface of the vagina, reducing vaginal laxity caused by childbirth and age.
