    摘要： Process and service for handling and stacking a plurality of thermoformed containers or lids (2), which comprises the following sequence of phases:

    obtaining during a thermoforming phase mouldings of lids and containers (2), having at least three stacking protrusions or spacers (8a,8b), all having the same space arrangement in all the thermoformed products of the same moulding, at least one of the stacking protrusions or spacers of a same thermoformed object being set out in a non specular symmetric way with respect to at least a centre line (m-m) of the respective container or lid and at a distance from the same centre line of the respective container or lid different from that of the others,
    arranging one or a moulding of said containers or lids in at least one support template (9a-12a) to keep them in order according to the spatial arrangement that they had during the thermoforming phase,
    turning through a predetermined angle alternatively every other object or moulding of objects either containers or lids before or during their transfer to a stacking station, and
    stacking mouldings of thermoformed containers or lids with alternate mouldings turned through said predetermined angle, so as to obtain stacks of containers or lids, where the stacking protrusions of a container or lid are offset with respect to those of the next container or lid in each stack.

    摘要： A device for withdrawing and carrying away a moulding of thermoformed objects from a thermoforming single-station apparatus or press having a support frame, a feeder of sheet or tape material as well as a female die and a counterdie which are movably arranged one with respect to the other between a closed position in which the sheet or tape material fed by the feeder is thermoformed and an opened position in which the female die and the counterdie are mutually spaced apart one with respect to the other, the said plate device comprising driving means designed to move it along a straight path between a withdrawing position of the objects from the female die, while the latter is in its opened position and an object releasing position away from the die and guide means in the press arranged to engage and guide it at least along a lenght of the straight path thereof between the withdrawing and the releasing position, thereby preventing vibrations from being imparted to the plate during or immediately after withdrawal of the objects.
