摘要: An isolator (2) includes an up-down air spring (S1) that supports a mounting board (3) in the up-down direction and a horizontal air spring (S2, S2, ...) that supports the mounting board (3) in the horizontal direction. Each of the air springs (S1, S2, S2, ...) has an inner casing (20), an outer casing (200), a piston (30, 300), and a diaphragm (40, 400) that partitions an air chamber (23, 230). The air spring (S2, S2, ...) is detachably attached to an outer circumferential surface portion of the inner casing (20) in the air spring (S1).

摘要: A purpose is to enhance vibration isolation performance of an active vibration isolation system with a simple configuration.
An active vibration isolation system 1 includes a plurality of active vibration isolation devices 20 each including: coil springs 24 elastically supporting a supported body 3 to a base 2; a vibration sensor 26, 27 configured to detect vibration states of the supported body and the base; an actuator 25 configured to apply a controlling force to the supported body: and a controller 28 configured to control the actuator so as to apply a controlling force to the supported body based on the vibration states detected by the sensor, the controlling force being used for attenuating vibrations of the supported body and vibrations transferred from the base to the supported body. The active vibration isolation devices are disposed at different locations on the base to support the supported body. The controller of each active vibration isolation device applies a controlling force to a portion of the supported body corresponding to a location on which the active vibration isolation device is placed, independently of and separately from the controller of the other active vibration isolation devices, based on vibration states of portions of the supported body and the base corresponding to the location detected by the sensor.

摘要: The present invention provides a bladder-type jig suitably used for manufacturing a stiffened panel structure using a hat stringer. The present invention has an advantage that deformation of prepreg can be suppressed effectively, and durability of the jig can be improved so that repeated use of the jig is achieved. To be specific, a body (11) of the bladder includes a pipe-shaped portion (14) and a coating film (15) covering the outer peripheral surface of the pipe-shaped portion (14). The pipe-shaped portion (14) is a main body portion of the body (11), and is made of a silicone rubber composition material such that its transverse cross-section has a trapezoidal pipe shape. Both side edge portions of an exposed wall portion (11b) corresponding to a lower base of the transverse cross-section are thickened edge portions (11d) which are greater in thickness than another wall portions. The thickened edge portions (11d) support the exposed wall portion (11b) from inward of the body (11), and can suppress the exposed wall portion (11b) from getting deformed inwardly.

摘要: A liquid-filled vibration isolator A has a first orifice channel P1 providing communication between a pressure receiving chamber f1 and a balancing chamber f2. One of the pressure receiving chamber f1 and the balancing chamber f2 is communicated via a second orifice channel P2 with an intermediate liquid chamber f3. The second orifice channel P2 has a shorter distance or a larger cross-sectional area than the first orifice channel P1. An elastic film member, such as a membrane 42, separates the intermediate liquid chamber f3 and the other of the pressure receiving chamber f1 and the balancing chamber f2 from each other. A communicating hole 42a of a predetermined size is formed in the elastic film member. An imaginary orifice channel combined from the two orifice channels P1 and P2 provides a high damping effect on input vibration of relatively low frequency. As the vibration frequency increases, a gradual transition is made to the damping characteristic of the second orifice channel P2 only.

摘要: In an abnormal noise inspection method for a anti-vibration device for vehicle use, it is determined whether, during travel of a vehicle in which a supported member is supported to the vehicle body by an anti-vibration device, abnormal noise occurs or not in the passenger compartment owing to the anti-vibration device. The method includes: an input step of mounting to a shaker the anti-vibration device before assembled into the vehicle and then inputting vibrations in a predetermined pattern to a supported member-side mounting part of the anti-vibration device; a measurement step of measuring, during the inputting of vibrations, a transmission force output from a vehicle body-side mounting part of the anti-vibration device; an analysis step of frequency analyzing time-series data on the measured transmission force to obtain the power spectrum of the transmission force; and a determination step of estimating, based on the power spectrum of the transmission force and according to a predetermined evaluation criterion, whether a vehicle produces abnormal noise in the passenger compartment when it runs with the anti-vibration device mounted thereon.

摘要: Rubber compounds for rubber products, that are provided with excellent physical properties and moldability through the compounding of raw rubber with partially dissolved rubber that can be obtained from vulcanized scrap rubber under ordinary temperature conditions and without the use of desulfurization equipment, methods of manufacturing such rubber compounds and reclaiming agents used in such methods. In these methods, a partially dissolved product of vulcanized scrap rubber is obtained by causing a reclaiming agent, consisting of 50-200 parts by weight of petroleum process oil and 1-30 parts by weight of peptizer to act on 100 parts by weight of powderized, vulcanized scrap rubber mainly under ordinary temperature conditions or by treating 100 parts by weight of powderized, vulcanized scrap rubber with 80-500 parts by weight of a first reclaiming agent of organic solvent and then causing 30-200 parts by weight of a second reclaiming agent of petroleum process oil to act on said rubber mainly under ordinary temperature conditions.
