The present invention provides an adhesive sheet for skin, which shows sufficient adhesiveness to the skin and causes low skin irritation. The first adhesive sheet for skin of the present invention has an adhesive layer formed on a support, wherein the aforementioned adhesive layer contains at least a thermoplastic elastomer, non-volatile hydrocarbon oil and polyisobutylene having a viscosity average molecular weight of more than 100,000 and not more than 500,000, and does not contain a tackifier. The second adhesive sheet for skin of the present invention has an adhesive layer formed on a support, wherein the aforementioned adhesive layer contains at least a thermoplastic elastomer, and more than 120 parts by weight and not more than 800 parts by weight of non-volatile hydrocarbon oil per 100 parts by weight of the elastomer, and more than 3 parts by weight and not more than 500 parts by weight of polyisobutylene, the polyisobutylene is a mixture of a low molecular weight polyisobutylene having a viscosity average molecular weight of more than 30,000 and not more than 100,000, and a high molecular weight polyisobutylene having a viscosity average molecular weight of more than 500,000 and not more than 5,000,000, and a tackifier is not contained. Furthermore, a percutaneous absorption preparation containing a drug or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in an adhesive layer of the above-mentioned adhesive sheet for skin is provided.
