摘要: The invention relates to enzyme constructs with increased enzymatic activity based on the use of spacers interconnecting catalytic modules and polynucleic acids encoding these constructs. The present invention further provides cellulolytic (micro)organisms expressing and optionally secreting these constructs and methods degrading lignocellulosic material which make use of the constructs according to the invention.
