摘要： A medical composition kit for treating rectal submucous lesioned abnormal tissue wherein respective containers are unsealed upon being used and respective contents are mixed to obtain a preparation for injection, characterized in that respective single doses of a therapeutic preparation and an agent for local anesthesia are separately packed in containers, the therapeutic preparation contains 1 to 10 % of a water-soluble aluminum compound and 0.01 to 2 % of tannic acid and the agent for local anesthesia contains 0.1 to 1 % of lidocaine hydrochloride or 0.5 to 5 % of procaine hydrochloride. The kit has an optimum compounding ratio between a therapeutic preparation and an agent for local anesthesia.

摘要： A composition for an injection for curing lesioned tissues is produced either by compounding sodium hydrogensulfite with various ingredients other than tannic acid in an arbitrary order and then adding tannic acid thereto, or by preparing a composition comprising a water-soluble aluminum compound and a chelate compound and another composition comprising tannic acid and sodium hydrogensulfite, mixing the two compositions together, and further adding, if necessary, a polyhydric alcohol and/or a saccharide to one or both of the above compositions or to the mixture thereof. The above procedure serves to prevent the oxidation of tannic acid and the direct reaction between tannic acid and aluminum ions originating in aluminum potassium sulfate, thus giving a stable injection composition with a constant chemical composition.

摘要： An injection for curing injured abnormal tissues, which comprises 0.01-0.5M water-soluble aluminum compound, 0.5-20 %, based on the aluminum compound, of tannic acid and sodium hydrogensulfite and has the pH value of 1.5 to 3.5. The injection is very stable even when stored for long, causes neither discoloration nor precipitation during storage, and is significantly efficacious in treating injured abnormal tissues such as cerebral aneurysm, hemorrhoid or hepatoma when it is directly injected into such tissues.

In a composition kit for the treatment where respective containers are unsealed upon being used and respective contents are mixed to obtain a preparation for injection, a medical composition kit which is characterized in that respective single doses of a therapeutic preparation and local anesthetic are fractionally charged in containers, the said therapeutic preparation contains 1∼10% of a water-soluble aluminum compound and 0.01∼2% of tannic acid and the said local anesthetic contains 0.1∼1% of lidocaine hydrochloride or 0.5∼5% of procaine hydrochloride.
