Procédé de stérilisation, de remplissage et de fermeture aseptiq_ues pour récipients rigides munis d'un couvercle, et machine associée. Le procédé se réalise dans des conditions aseptiques et consiste à stériliser les récipients (3) et les couvercles (5) à l'aide d'un liquide stérilisateur et de la vapeur d'eau s'écoulant librement dans un premier poste de stérilisation (6a) des récipients (3), et dans un second poste de stérilisation (7a) des couvercles (5). Ensuite, on introduit les récipients (3) et les couvercles (5) dans un ensemble de conditionnement (8) isolé de l'extérieur et fonctionnant dans des conditions aseptiques, un récipient (3) étant positionné au niveau d'un poste de remplissage (9) équipé d'au moins un ajutage d'alimentation (18) qui est la seule pièce du poste de remplissage (9) à se trouver dans le même milieu que les récipients (3). Enfin, on effectue le remplissage des récipients (3) et on les fait avancer jusqu'à un poste (10) de fermeture et de scellement dans des conditions aseptiques des récipients (3) et des couvercles (5) avant la sortie des récipients (3) conditionnés et scellés.
