    摘要: Provided is a new method as well as a related installation to realize the extraction of vegetable juice from a vegetable residue and/or a vegetable peelings residue, of which the latter was lost for human consumption up to now as it was assumed that no more vegetable juice could be extracted from it.
    Surprisingly, tests demonstrated that it was nevertheless possible to technically extract the useful quantity of vegetable juice almost entirely from the residue. In particular, this purpose is achieved by using e.g. a fruit squeezing unit, known per se, with which under normal conditions only very juicy fruits are squeezed.

    摘要: A plant for concentrating an alimentary product with a liquid content comprises an initial section of product heating (B), and an end section of product concentration (D), which is provided with a series of evaporator units (116B, 216B...) through which the products flows in succession, and connected with one another in such a way that the steam generated by one of them constitutes the heating fluid for the following evaporator; the initial product heating section is provided with at least one evaporator unit (16B) for pre-concentrating, besides heating, the product, fed by a steam source and connected to at least one of said evaporator units of the end concentration section in such a way that the steam generated in it by the evaporation of the product constitutes the heating fluid for the evaporator unit of the end concentration section to which it is connected; thanks to this latter feature, the energy consumptions by the facility are optimized.

    摘要: A system (1) for producing a plant-based concentrated liquid food product (FP) includes a mixer (6) configured to prepare a plant-based slurry (S) by mixing at least plant material (P) and water (W). The system includes a separation unit (12) configured to separate the slurry (S) into a solid portion (SP) and a liquid portion (LP). An evaporator (18) is configured to evaporate water from the liquid portion (LP), to produce at least one evaporated portion (EP) that comprises evaporated water, and at least one concentrated portion (CP) which is used to form the plant-based concentrated liquid food product (FP). A return conduit (20) is configured to convey the evaporated portion (EP) from the evaporator (18) to the mixer (6) or to another mixer (6') which is configured to prepare a subsequent plant-based slurry (S) by mixing at least plant material (P) and the evaporated portion (EP).
