    摘要: Hydraulically driven pump-injector for diesel engines with locking device of the nozzle needle in which diesel fuel is used as acting fluid, comprises: a body; a pressure intensifier; a return mechanism for piston and plunger; a distributing device, and a nozzle unit. An additional cylindrical cavity is made in pump-injector body in the area adjoining the nozzle, a rod being disposed in said additional cavity whose one face is set against the face of the needle; and the return spring of the nozzle needle being disposed between the rod and the face of said additional cavity. Said additional cavity is constantly connected with the accumulator of actuating fluid. As a result, the force acting on the nozzle needle face increases ( approximately doubles) and the opening and the closing pressures of the nozzle needle increase accordingly, enabling an abrupt end of final injection phase and increasing the average injection pressure.

    摘要: The fuel injection system for internal combustion engines comprises at least one hydraulically actuated intensifier-injector with inlet (13) and outlet (14) cavities for actuating fluid, one or more interconnected manifolds [rail(s)&rsqb (8); with at least one medium pressure pump (5), check valves (8, 9), coarse and fine purification filters (2, 4), a primary pump (3), a sump or tank (1), and electronic control unit (21) and a piping system. The exhaust actuating fluid (19) is fed to the medium pressure pump (5). A cooler (20) is installed between the exhaust of the injector (19) and the inlet (6) of medium pressure pump (5). The system allows driving the medium pressure pump(s) either from the engine crankshaft/camshaft, or autonomously by an electric motor, or by a secondary internal combustion engine. In the two latter cases, the common rail pressure, and respectively the injection pressure, is controlled by modifying the speed of the electric motor or of the secondary internal combustion engine.

    摘要: Hydraulically driven pump-injector with controlling mechanism for internal combustion engines, primarily for diesel, distinguished via the fact that in the pump-injector body (1) above needle (9) additional cylindrical cavity (69) is made, in which locking piston (8) is mounted, resting upon needle (9), the diameter of said additional cavity and hence the piston diameter being selected on the basis of the formulae disclosed in the invention. Space (24) formed above the piston face is periodically connected through distribution channel (25) and valve (33) of the distributing device to the source of the actuating fluid and the drain tank, alternately. This ensures a decrease in the delay of the operation on the nozzle needle compared to the signal from the electronic control unit (travel of the valve of the distributing device), required for obtaining small time delays between the injections in multiphase injection, as well as increased stability of the idle running of the engine. In accordance with the invention, penetration of gases from the combustion chamber to the fuel system and leaking of fuel into the combustion chamber when the nozzle needle “hangs”, or “freezes” in it’s upper open position, are also prevented due to the fact that the fuel (actuating fluid) is supplied to the under-plunger cavity (19) through central channel (33) in the body, which stops locking piston (8) of needle (9) when the latter “hangs”. The invention also allows for increasing average injection pressures and implementing “rate shaping”.

    摘要: Needle-spring locking device for pump-injectors (injectors) of diesels, in which in order to significantly increase the lift and closing pressures of the nozzle needle, the locking spring (17) is disposed in the central cavity of the body around the outer surface of the plunger’s bushing (2) and is connected with the needle (14) via a transversal cross-arm (15) disposed in the plunger bushing (2). This allows for increasing the average diameter of the needle spring (17) from 1.2-1.4 cm to 2-2.5 cm, and the spring power from 35-50 kgf to 180-220 kgf, respectively. In this case, the lift pressure of the nozzle body (10) (when the needle diameter is 0.6 cm) can amount to about 1200 kgf/cm2, and the closing pressure of the nozzle body (10) can amount to about 800 kgf/cm2, which corresponds to maximum injection pressures of 2000-2500 kgf/cm2, as required for ensuring greater fuel efficiency and lower exhaust smoke and particle matter emission in future diesels.
