摘要: In a telephone switching apparatus equipped with an automatic call recording function, when recording of a call is started, a PB signal cannot be sent by operating a button any longer. Further, a user mistakenly assumes that there is a problem because the PB signal cannot be sent. Means capable of selecting, when recording means starts recording of a call, whether a PB signal is sent or not is provided, thus making it possible to send a PB signal.

摘要: In nurse call systems where communication between a plurality of slave units and a plurality of extension terminals is possible, a nurse call controller serving the slave units and a private branch exchange serving the mobile terminals have been connected to each other through a nurse call adaptor; thus, there is a need for one such nurse call system that does not require a nurse call adaptor. Provided is an interface unit which is connected to a nurse call controller through a plurality of ISND basic interfaces, connected to a private branch exchange through an ISDN primary rate interface, and performs interface conversion therebetween.

摘要: In nurse call systems that enable communication from a plurality of cordless handsets with a plurality of extension terminals carried by nurses belonging to a group, the line efficiency is poor when an extension terminal belonging to the group is called from a cordless handset because the number of channels that are occupied between a nurse call control device and a private branch exchange corresponds to the number of extension terminals belonging to the group. In this nurse call system, a nurse call conversion unit is provided between a nurse call control device and a private branch exchange. A call signal for a group representative call in which only an identification number for a group is given is transmitted by the nurse call conversion unit from the nurse call control device to the private branch exchange. From this call signal, the private branch exchange generates a call signal for extension terminals belonging to a group and calls the extension terminals.

摘要: An objective of the present invention is to further reduce power consumption. A key telephone system is formed from a terminal and a primary device. The primary device comprises a transmission means for transmitting power conservation sustaining time data which is data which indicates power conservation sustaining time which is the time wherein a power conservation state which is a state wherein power consumption is further reduced is sustained together with an instruction for transition to the power conservation state to the terminal when a power conservation state transition time is reached which is a time for transition to the power conservation state. The terminal comprises: a communication means for carrying out a communication with the primary device; a timekeeping means for measuring the passage of a set time; and a control means for setting the power conservation sustaining time upon the timekeeping means and interrupting the communication means upon receipt of the power conservation sustaining time data and the instruction for transition to the power conservation state, and for activating the interrupted communication means when the timekeeping means has measured the passage of the power conservation sustaining time.
