    摘要: A soldering tool (1) comprising a main housing (2) within which is located a fuel gas reservoir (4). A soldering body member (5) terminates in a rearwardly extending combustion chamber (11) within which is located a gas catalytic combustion element (14). A gas/air mixture is delivered through a jet outlet (21) where it is initially burnt with a flame in a flame combustion chamber (24) for raising the catalytic combustion element (14) to its ignition temperature. A piezoelectric ignition element (50) provides a spark across a spark gap (56) adjacent an electrode (55) for igniting the gas/air mixture to burn with a flame. An interrupt member (67) located downstream of a nozzle bore (28) temporarily interrupts the flow of fuel gas to the jet outlet (21) for extinguishing the flame after the catalytic combustion element (14) has been raised to its ignition temperature. A slidable actuator member (60) in the housing (2) sequentially operates the piezoelectric ignition element (50) and the interrupt member (67).

A heat transfer member (46) extends from the primary partition wall (28) into the vaporising chamber (24) for heating the herbal matter in the vaporising chamber (24). The aerosol is drawn from the vaporising chamber (24) through an aerosol accommodating tube (37).

A piezo electric ignition unit (27) generates an EMF for generating a spark across a pair of electrodes (25) in the combustion chamber (15) for igniting the fuel gas to initially burn with flame combustion to raise the temperature of the catalytic element (16) to its ignition temperature. An operating member (51) and an integral camming member (52) are slideable in the direction of the arrow D from an inoperative state to an operative state for sequentially operating the fuel gas valve (20) from a closed to an open state, and then the piezo electric ignition unit (27) for igniting the fuel gas in the combustion chamber (15). An idle camming surface (55) of the camming member (52) engages a cam follower (53) of the spindle (40) of the fuel gas valve (20) with the fuel gas valve (20) in the closed state, and an operating camming surface (59) engages the cam follower (53) with the fuel gas valve (20) in the open state.

A motor driven fan (18) draws air through a main air inlet (11) at one end of the housing (3) through the hollow interior region (10) and delivers a heated air stream through a main air outlet (12) at the other end of the housing (3). A heat exchanger (15) is located in a downstream portion (8) of the housing (3) for heating air being delivered through the hollow interior region (10) by the fan (18). A combustion chamber (25) in the heat exchanger (15) houses a gas catalytic combustion element (29) which is supplied by gas/air mixture through a burner (38) and converts the gas/air mixture to heat for heating the heat exchanger (15). An upstream portion (5) of the housing (3) which forms a handle (6) houses a reservoir (30) from which fuel gas is supplied to the combustion chamber (25). Batteries (20) in the handle (6) power a motor (19) for driving the fan (18). The heat exchanger (15) completely shields the gas catalytic combustion element (29) from the affects of the air being urged through the hollow interior region (10) by the fan (18) for preventing chilling and inadvertent extinguishing of the gas catalytic combustion element (29) during use.
