摘要:
A cog of a cogged belt, or of a belt with a cogged profile, for conveyor organs or for transmission of drive, which in a central region (4) thereof affords a fissure (5) solely destined to at least locally increase a degree of flexibility of the belt (1) or belt with a cogged guide in a region thereof exhibiting the cog (2). A belt with a cogged guide comprising cogs of the described type is also described.

摘要:
The invention relates to embodiments of a new composite material comprising at least a first plastic material and particles of magnetisable, magnetised or metal material. The invention further concerns an article made of the composite material and a method for obtaining an article from the composite material.
摘要:
The invention concerns a method for applying at least a longitudinal guide- synchronising element on a belt for conveyor organ, and an apparatus which implements the method and the belt (50) which is thus obtained. The cogged belt (50) comprises a basic belt (2), on the inner layer (3) of which at least a guide- synchronisation element (40) is applied, which is composed of thermoplastic material and comprises: a plurality of groups arranged one after another in a longitudinal direction, which are fixed to the belt (2) by fusion, with each group comprising one or more cogs (4) interconnected by connection elements (16), thermoplastic material of which has not disaggregated or separated during the fusion operation. In a variant, the belt with cogged guide (50) also comprises a reinforcement core (30) immersed in the thermoplastic material of the guide- synchronisation element (40). The belt with cogged guide (50) is destined to be wound on pulleys provided with hollow or cogged circular grooves (7, 7h), with which it engages by means of the relative guide-synchronisation elements (40) applied thereon, for guiding purposes (self-centring) and for synchronous/asynchronous applications.
