摘要: The object of the invention is to provide a method and system for impregnating a liner, simultaneously reducing the risk of a void inside the liner after curing. This object is achieved by an impregnation plant (10) comprising a vacuum lock (16) comprising a housing having an inlet (14) and an outlet and defining an ambient pressure space (15) near the inlet and a low pressure space (24) near the outlet. The pressure spaces are separated by a seal (20) comprising a first and a second sealing element (22,23), allowing the fibrous liner (12) to be conveyed therebetween from the inlet (14) towards the outlet. The liner is degassed by compressing it between the first and second sealing elements (22,23) and is subsequently relaxed in an uncompressed state inside the low pressure space (24). The plant further comprises a vacuum pump communicating with the low pressure space, and an impregnation station in gas-tight communication with the outlet or the vacuum lock (16) and comprising a resin bath (28) for accommodating the liner, a resin reservoir, a nozzle (32), a pipe system (38) and a resin pump (36) for propelling the resin from the resin reservoir via the pipe system (38) and the nozzle (32) into the resin bath (28) in a direction towards the liner.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and system for permanently sealing a branch waste water pipeline (38) at the junction between a branch waste water pipeline and a main waste water pipeline (36) by providing a flexibly bag (22) of a substantially fluid-tight material having a hose (26) for supplying fluids into the flexible bag. The flexible bag defines a deflated state defining a diameter smaller than the diameter of the branch pipeline, and a filled state defining a diameter at least equal to the diameter of the branch pipeline. The method and system furthermore comprise a remote controlled pipeline device (12) accommodating the flexible bag in the deflated state. The remote controlled pipeline device is introduced into the main waste water pipeline, allowing the pipeline device to assume a position adjacent to the branch waste water pipeline. The deflated flexible bag is introduced into the branch waste water pipeline by using the pipeline device and is filled with a water-based curable substance via a hose, permitting the curable substance to harden.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for curing a liner of a pipeline where the liner includes a resin which is curable by exposure to electromagnetic radiation of a specific wavelength or a specific wavelength range. The apparatus comprises a housing defining opposite first and second ends, an outer wall of a substantially cylindrical configuration, and an inner wall defining a substantially unobstructed through-going passage extending longitudinally through the housing between the first and second ends, and further comprises a pair of power supply wires for the supply of electrical power to the apparatus and extending from the first end of the housing, and a plurality of LED's irradiating electromagnetic radiation of the specific wavelength or the specific wavelength range. The plurality of LED's is positioned and substantially evenly distributed at the outer wall of the housing, and is connected through an electronic circuit to the pair of power supply wires. The plurality of LED's is further connected in thermal conductive relationship to heat dissipating elements freely exposed at the inner wall of the housing in the through-going passage of the housing for allowing a stream of cooling fluid to pass through the passage for dissipating heat from the heat dissipating elements and cooling the LED's.

摘要: A positioning assembly (106) for a ram head (336) has a top surface for receiving impact pulses produced by a ram mechanism and a bottom surface for transmitting said impact pulses to a pile (102) with the purpose of driving said pile (102) into the ground or into a similar surface. The assembly comprises:
a first part and a second part. The first part defines an inner space for receiving said ram head (336) and exposing said top and bottom surfaces thereof and allowing said ram head (336) to transmit said impact pulses from said ram mechanism to said pile (102).The first part further has blocking means (342) for preventing said ram head (336) from being separated from said first part, and is fixatable to said ram mechanism.
The second part (330) is journalled rotatably relative to the first part round an axis of rotation, which is substantially coinciding with the longitudinal axes of said ram head (336) and of said pile (102).
The second part (330) further has fixation means for fixating said pile (102) in a specific and fixed rotational relationship relative to said second part (330). The assembly further comprises motor-drive means (300) co-operating with the first and second parts and has a first operational mode and a second operational mode.
The motor-drive means (300) generates in the first operational mode a rotational motion of said second part (330) relative to said first part round said axis of rotation, and generates in said second operational mode a fixation of said second part (330) relative to said first part preventing said second part from rotating relative to said first part round said axis of rotation.

摘要: A machine for pile-driving comprises a driving chassis with wheels (5,6) for moving on railway or road, and an upper part (4) pivotally mounted about a swivel axis on the driving chassis. A mast (215) with slide guide for a ram mechanism (16) is connected to the upper part. The mast may be erected to substantially vertical position for the purpose of pile-driving and may be lowered into substantially horizontal position for the purpose of transport. According to the invention the mast is connected to the upper part of the machine by a telescopically extensible and contractible boom having a base part (228) being connected to the upper part of the machine by means of a hinge with axis at right angles to the swivel axis of the upper part, and a telescopically extensible part (229) connected to the base part, said part (229) being connected to the mast by a slide guide so that it is movable along the longitudinal axis of the mast retaining the angle between the axis of the mast and the extension axis of the boom. A very simple erection and dismantling of the mast is hereby achieved as well as the possibility of swivelling said mast through 180° when the machine is standing on one half of a double track, without the mast thereby getting in the way of traffic on the neighbour track. The invention also relates to a method for transport and erection of such a machine and a method for placing of foundations next to a railway track.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method and a system for impregnating a tubular liner having a fibrous inner layer and a fluid-irnpermeable outer layer. The method is carried out by means of a conveyor system defining a conveying path monotonously descending from a fourth position via a third and a second position to a first position. At the first position, a resin injector is located. Along the conveying path, one or more constrictions are provided for allowing the liner to assume a flat configuration in which the fibrous inner layer of the liner is contacting an opposite part of the fibrous inner layer of the liner. The liner is positioned on the conveyor system, extending through the conveying path and the one or more constrictions. The liner defines a supply zone extending inside the liner between the first position and the one ore more constrictions and defines an impregnation zone extending inside the liner between the one or more constrictions and the fourth position. The supply zone is filled with resin by using the resin injector, and the resin is allowed to advance in the impregnation zone in a direction opposite the conveying direction of the liner and to reach a steady state position at the fourth position for subjecting the liner to an elevated impregnation pressure between the second and third positions caused by the height difference between the first and second position and the third and fourth position.

摘要: The present invention relates to an impregnation plant (10) for manufacturing a liner assembly (12a) comprising a first foil (48) and a liner (12) for being impregnated with a resin. The resin is curable by irradiation of light having wavelengths in the range between 200 nm and 475 nm. The liner is fibrous and flexible and defines a first surface and an opposite second surface. The first foil is flexible and has a coating of fleece material (56) on at least one side. The impregnation plant (10) comprises an impregnation station comprising a resin bath (28,28') for accommodating the liner, a resin reservoir, a nozzle (32,32'), a pipe system (38,38') and a resin pump (36,36') for propelling the resin from the resin reservoir in a direction towards the liner. The impregnation plant further comprises a wrapping station (46) for covering the liner with the first foil by juxtaposing and contacting the first surface of the liner (12) with the coating of fleece material (56) of the first foil (48).
