摘要: Provided is a vehicle air conditioning device in which the number of dampers that open/close a lower side of an evaporator can be reduced even in a configuration in which outside air and inside air are caused to flow to the evaporator, respectively. First and second outside air ventilation flues 8 and 9 are formed so that outside air flows through one end side and the other end side in the width direction of an evaporator 11, respectively, and an inside air ventilation flue 10 is formed so that inside air flows through a central site in the width direction of the evaporator 11. Hence, at any degree of opening of a first damper 18, outside air from each of the outside air ventilation flues 8 and 9 and inside air from the inside air ventilation flue 10 can be caused to flow to an outlet-side ventilation flue 12 side or a heater-side ventilation flue 14 side, respectively, at a flow rate that corresponds to the degree of opening of the first damper 18. That is, even in a configuration in which outside air and inside air are caused to flow to the evaporator 11, respectively, it is not necessary to provide the first damper 18 that opens/closes a downstream side of the evaporator 11 for each of the outside air and inside air flow sections, respectively, and thus the number of dampers can be reduced to thereby simplify the structure and lower the manufacturing cost.

A refrigeration device 1 includes a high stage side refrigerant circuit 4, first and second low stage side refrigerant circuits 6A and 6B, and cascade heat exchangers 43A and 43B to evaporate a refrigerant of the high stage side refrigerant circuit 4, thereby cooling high pressure side refrigerants of the low stage side refrigerant circuits 6A and 6B, and carbon dioxide is charged as the refrigerant in each of the refrigerant circuits 4, 6A and 6B, and in the device, there are disposed pressure adjusting expansion valves 31 to adjust high pressure side pressures of the low stage side refrigerant circuits 6A and 6B.

Specifically provided is an inverter-integrated electric compressor which comprises a built-in motor and a substrate provided with a motor drive circuit including an inverter, an electric component including the substrate being affixed in a housing space surrounded by a compressor housing, wherein a plurality of power semiconductor elements which constitute the motor drive circuit are disposed radially around a drive shaft of the motor in a plane crossing the drive shaft. For example, the planar shape of the power semiconductor element is formed into a rectangle, and a gap having a sectorial planar shape is formed between the power semiconductor elements adjacent to each other.
