The solid state actuator (23) is arranged such, that it acts on the needle (13). The actuator tube (25) is fixed to the valve body (9).

A fluid path extends from the first to the second fluid chamber (44, 46). An elastic compensation device is checklessly hydraulically coupled to the second fluid chamber (46).
