Er umfasst eine Schwingzunge (110) mit mindestens einer in einem Abschnitt darauf aufgebrachten Piezofolie (120a, 120b) sowie eine Einspannvorrichtung zur Halterung der Schwingzunge. Die Einspannvorrichtung umfasst einen Einspannkörper (130) mit einer Ausnehmung (140), in der ein Abschnitt der Schwingzunge eingesetzt und stoffschlüssig mit dem Einspannkörper verbunden ist. Bei 20°C hat der Einspannkörper (130) einen Elastizitätsmodul von mindestens 10 GPa und höchstens 50 GPa. Ein erfindungsgemäßer Tank und eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung (10) umfassen einen erfindungsgemäßen Resonator-Sensor (100). Ein erfindungsgemäßes Verfahren dient einer Bestimmung einer Gasdichte oder einer Gaszusammensetzung und kann insbesondere in einem kryogenen Temperaturbereich angewandt werden.
