    摘要: A filler tube assembly is used with a fuel pump nozzle having a pressure sensing port.The filler tube assembly includes a receiver having an inner wall defining an aperture, which receives the pump nozzle. The inner wall defines an orifice and a seal is coupled to the inner wall about the orifice for defining a chamber between the inner wall, the seal, and the fuel pump nozzle when the fuel pump nozzle is disposed in the aperture. A vacuum tube has a coupled end in fluid communication with the orifice and an open end in fluid communication with the fuel tank. The receiver defines a rim for seating the fuel pump nozzle in the aperture to align the pressure sensing port with the orifice. When fuel covers the open end of the vacuum tube, a pressure change is transmitted through the filler tube assembly to the pressure sensing port.

    摘要: A wall and ceiling construction system for use in the construction of rooms which can be kept in a sterile and dust free state comprises wall panels (1) having a double skin (1a, 1b) construction with an air space between opposite skins thereof, the panels being secured together at upstanding marginal regions, possibly with the interposition of fixing posts. The panels include a number of panels which have at least one duct inlet (2) thereinto for communicating the room interior via the interior of the panels with extraction ducts above ceiling level at air outlet spigots (3). The panels are coved at their transition between the walls (la, 1b) and a base (4) of greater width than the thickness of the panel. Depending upon the manner of provision of the duct inlets, in addition to achieving conventional air flow into floor level air inlets directly within the room, it is possible to achieve horizontal air flow or vertical air flow within the room.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for cooling of electronic equipment, for example a computer system, in a subsurface environment including a containment vessel in at least partial contact with subsurface liquid or solid material. The containment vessel may be disposed in a variety of subsurface environments, including boreholes, man-made excavations, subterranean caves, as well as ponds, lakes, reservoirs, oceans, or other bodies of water. The containment vessel may be installed with a subsurface configuration allowing for human access for maintenance and modification. Geothermal cooling is achieved by one or more fluids circulating inside and/or outside the containment vessel, with a variety of configurations of electronic devices disposed within the containment vessel. The circulating fluid(s) may be cooled in place by thermal conduction or by active transfer of the fluid(s) out of the containment vessel to an external, possibly geothermal, heat exchange mechanism, then back into the containment vessel.
