    摘要: The invention relates to a device (30) for the propulsion and eccentric braking of a vehicle having a pedal drive, in particular a bicycle (20), comprising: A) a first shaft (4) having a longitudinal axis (31) and drive means (28) comprising one or a plurality of chain wheels (32), belt pulleys or elements of a cardan drive; B) a second shaft (11) which is designed as a hollow shaft arranged concentrically about the first shaft (4) and can be mounted into a rear wheel (33) of a vehicle having a pedal drive, in particular a bicycle (20); C) a freewheel clutch (3) which is mounted between the first shaft (4) and the drive means (28); D) an optionally engageable and disengageable reverse gear mechanism (23) which is mounted between the first and the second shaft (4, 11), wherein an opposite rotational direction is generated between the first and the second shaft (4, 11) when the reverse gear mechanism (23) is in the engaged state and a rotation in the same direction is generated between the first and the second shaft (4, 11) when the reverse gear mechanism (23) is in the disengaged state; and E) a shifting device (14) for engaging and disengaging the reverse gear mechanism (23), wherein F) the first and the second shaft (4, 11) are connected to each other in a torsionally rigid manner when the reverse gear mechanism (23) is in the engaged and disengaged state; and G) the freewheel clutch (3) which, as viewed from the drive means (28), prevents a rotation of the drive means (28) relative to the first shaft (4) in the clockwise direction and is in the freewheeling state when the drive means (28) rotate in the counter-clockwise direction relative to the first shaft (4).

    摘要: A fixation implant is described that serves in particular to tightly secure ligament transplants and the like on or in bone tissue. It has an elongate body, which has a front end for application and consists at least in some areas of an expandable material which, after the implantation, exerts an expansion pressure on a surrounding bone substance. The body has an outer wall, which is provided at least in some areas with profiles extending substantially transverse to the longitudinal extent. The body is provided at its rear end with an engagement means for an insertion instrument, or it has an opening into a central recess for an expansion body. The expandable material is arranged substantially along the entire longitudinal extent of the body. The expandable material can exert pressure on the profiled areas in such a way that the external diameter of the body increases.
