摘要: According to the present invention, there is provided a foaming apparatus 100 that discharges a foamable material M obtained by mixing gas G into a viscous material of a resin R and dispersing bubbles in a liquid of the viscous material, the foaming apparatus including: a pipe 10 through which the resin and the gas flow; a material supply unit 20 that supplies the viscous material to the pipe; a gas supply unit 32 that supplies the gas to the pipe; a first gear pump 31 that is disposed in a midway of the pipe; a second gear pump 33 that is disposed on a downstream side of the pipe with respect to the first gear pump, is rotationally driven at a higher speed than the first gear pump to cause the gas to flow into the pipe, and feeds the viscous material containing the gas to the downstream side of the pipe; a third gear pump 34 that is disposed on the downstream side of the pipe with respect to the second gear pump, and is rotationally driven at a same speed as the second gear pump to feed the viscous material containing the gas to the further downstream side of the pipe; a mixer 41 that is disposed on the downstream side of the pipe with respect to the third gear pump, and disperses the bubbles in the viscous material into the liquid of the viscous material; a discharge unit 45 that discharges the foamable material obtained by dispersing the bubbles in the liquid of the viscous material with the mixer; and a control unit 50 that controls a discharge operation of discharging the foamable material.
