摘要: A device (1 ) for sampling a food product, in particular raw ham during the maturing process, comprising: - a substantially cylindrical main body (2) having a chamber (20) for storing the sample; - a collecting punch-shaped element (3), which can assume a first collecting configuration, wherein it protrudes from said storage chamber (20) to collect the sample, and a second storage configuration, wherein it is received in such chamber (20); - a revolving element (4) for the selective opening of the storage chamber (20), apt to allow protrusion of the punch-shaped element (3) from the latter; and - a stem (51 ) for moving the punch-shaped element (3), slidable inside the main body (2) to move the punch-shaped element (3) between the collection and storage configurations.
