    and their preparation methods, in which R is the group such as tolyl, ethylphenyl, 1,5-naphthyl, diphenylmethyl, hexamethyl, isophorone, 2,2,6-tirmethylcyclohexyl, 4,4'-biscyclohexylmethane which substituted by di-isocyanate; R 1 is the saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched alkyl, cyclic group, aryl etc., its main carbon atom is 1-8, and may be the homologue of aromatic hydrocarbon, R 2 and R 3 each is C 1 ∼ C 6 alkyl, aryl, trialkylsilanyl, methoxylalkoxyl, a is a positive integer from 0 to 3, R 1 ,R 2 ,R 3 ,R 4 or R 5 each is saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, alkoxyl, cycloalkoxyl etc., which the amount of carbon atoms is 1 ∼ 12, X mainly represents -NH-, -NHCH 2 CH 2 NH-, -NHCH 2 CH 2 NHCH 2 CH 2 NH-, -N-, -NHCONH-, , -S-, -O-, n is a positive integer which ≥0.
