    摘要: The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in the production of electrodes for alkaline fuel cells. An object of the invention is to increase the electrode service life. According to the invention, an electrode of an alkaline fuel cell comprises an insulating frame having ports for feeding and discharging reagents, a mesh current collector embedded in the frame and having lead-outs extending beyond the frame, an active and a barrier layers sequentially applied onto the mesh current collector, wherein sites of the embedment of the current collector and the lead-outs in the insulating frame and a periphery of the current collector along an inner edge of the insulating frame are provided with a sealing layer which can be made of an electrolyte non-wettable substance, e.g. with a sealing layer made of fluoroplastic. The invention also provides a method for producing an electrode of an alkaline fuel cell, which method includes producing a mesh current collector having lead-outs, sequentially applying an active and a barrier layers onto the mesh current collector, embedding the current collector having the lead-outs into the insulating frame, wherein, before the application of the active and barrier layers onto the current collector, edges of the current collector and the lead-outs in sites of the embedment into the insulating frame are impregnated with a lacquer solution and, after the collector has been embedded into the insulating frame, a periphery of the collector along an inner edge of the insulating frame is impregnated with the lacquer solution. A solvent wetting the mesh current collector is used as a solvent for the lacquer, and a substance which forms a continuous, electrolyte non-wettable film after the solvent evaporation is used as the lacquer.

    摘要: The inventive method for designing an integrated security system for an object consists in selecting type and number of sensors for the system taking into consideration a user's requirements and possible security threats, arranging said sensors in the space of a protected room in such a way that it is covered by sensor served areas respecting duplication requirements and in carrying out expert evaluation of the designed system. The expert evaluation method consists in forming computer data bases in the form of mathematical models of the sensors describing the served areas and particularities of industrial security sensors, storing model of the room protected by designed system in said computer memory, in forming the model of the integrated security system by disposing the sensor models obtained from the data bases on the room model, testing the operation of the formed model of the integrated security system which is used for analysing of the designed integrated security system and in modifying it taking into consideration the results of analysis.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for increasing interference immunity when receiving signals from satellite navigation systems, and to a device for realising this method. The device comprises elements which are common in such receivers, including: a radiofrequency unit for amplifying the input signal and for converting the input carrier into an intermediate-frequency signal; an analog-to-digital converter for converting an analog signal into a digital one; and a digital correlation device that comprises a plurality of channels of the same type each used for tracking a pseudo-noise signal (PNS). Each channel includes a plurality of controlled generators for generating a carrier frequency and a code frequency in order to track the frequency (phase) of the PNS carrier as well as the code delay. Each channel also includes digital correlators which generate information used for closing the code delay tracking cycle and which generate a discrimination signal with a variable delay of the signal copy relative to a precise copy. The use of a correction sequence comprising digital strobe signals eliminates the influence of beam multiplicity when the value of the reflected signal delay is higher than 1.5 d, and reduces the negative effects thereof as soon as the delay value is higher than d/2.

    摘要: The proposed device is comprised of individual modules (A, B, C, D) adapted for being used independently. A first module (A) appears as a recliner (1) comprising two flexible spatially curved bands (2) having their first ends (3) interconnected and their second ends (5) secured on the respective band (2) to form two straps to be arranged on the patient's shoulders. A second module (B) is in fact a correcting corset (6) adapted for correcting the spine without applying a vertical load thereon, A third module (C) appearing as a means (16) for correcting the hip and shin comprises two flexible bandages (17, 18) for being fixed over and under the knee joint, respectively. A fourth module (D) is essentially a means (21) for correcting the ankle joint and toes and has a first flexible belt (22) and a second belt (22) adapted for being arranged on the ankle and foot, respectively, as well as a toe-plantar element (26).
