    摘要: Provided is a rotary electric machine including a rotor and a stator. The rotor includes a refrigerant passage. An axial direction of the rotor is along the horizontal direction. The stator is placed around the rotor and includes a tubular stator core (11). The stator core (11) includes: a communication passage (20) via which an inner peripheral surface of the stator core (11) communicates with an outer peripheral surface of the tubular stator core (11) such that the communication passage (20) guides the refrigerant from the inner peripheral surface of the stator core (11) to the outer peripheral surface of the stator core (11); and a projection portion (30) provided on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular stator core (11) such that the projection portion (30) extends in the axial direction of the tubular stator core (11). The projection portion (30) is placed downward in the gravitational direction from an opening (23) of the communication passage (20) on the outer peripheral surface.

    摘要: A bolt hole (24) penetrating in a direction of lamination of electrical steel sheets is opened in a core (10). The core (10) is fixed to a case (12) by means of a clamping bolt (14) inserted into the bolt hole. A flanged bush (32) is inserted into the bolt hole from an end face of the core into which the clamping bolt (14) is to be inserted. A tubular portion (34) of the flanged bush is inserted into the bolt hole so as to engage two or more electrical steel sheets. A portion of the bolt hole engaging with the tubular portion has a structure that blocks relative rotation. Rotational force generated by fastening the clamping bolt is dispersed into a plurality of electrical steel sheets and, as a result, force exerted on one electrical steel sheet becomes smaller, which in turn prevents deformation.

    摘要: A rotor 14 includes a shaft having a coolant flow passage and a coolant supply port, a rotor core 24 fixed on the shaft and formed of laminated steel plates, and a magnet set 32 provided in the rotor core 24 to extend along an axial direction thereof. The rotor core 24 has a first flow passage 34 provided near the magnet to extend therealong and a second flow passage 36 that connects the coolant supply port 28 of the shaft 22 and the first flow passage 34, thereby constituting a coolant flow path. The second flow passage 36 is formed by overlapping second slits 37 formed in the respective steel plates at an axially intermediate region A of the rotor core 24, the formed position of the second slit 37 being different for each steel plate combined. The first flow passage 34 and the second flow passage 36 join at the axially intermediate region A of the rotor core 24.
