摘要:
A fuel cell system for aircraft with a passenger cabin comprises a fuel cell. The fuel cell comprises a first inlet connection, a first outlet connection, a cathode side and an anode side, wherein the first inlet connection is formed as the inlet connection of the cathode side and wherein the first outlet connection is formed as the outlet connection of the cathode side. In addition, the fuel cell system is designed in such a way that at the first inlet connection, a gas with a pressure is applied, which corresponds to an air pressure in the passenger machine.
摘要:
The invention relates to a device for producing water on board of an aeroplane by means of one or several fuel cells. The inventive water producing device is embodied in the form of one or several high temperature fuel cells (7) and entirely or partially integrated into a jet power unit of the airplane in such a way that the combustion chambers (7a) of said jet power unit of the airplane are entirely or partially substituted by said high temperature fuel cells. The aim of said invention is to develop a combination of fuel cells and a gas turbine which operates exclusively with atmospheric hydrogen and oxygen and is embodied in the form of a jet power unit and/or an auxiliary jet power unit (on-board auxiliary power unit: APU) used for producing compressed air for a cabin and a power supply. For this purpose, said high temperature fuel cells are fed with pure hydrogen on an anode side and with air on a cathode side. The combustion chambers (7a) are fed with an air-hydrogen mixture, enabling at least the hydrogen supply to be adjusted or completely shut off.

Modern aircraft carry larger quantities of water. One exemplary embodiment of this invention describes a supply system that encompasses a vapor generator (109) The vapor generator is supplied with hydrogen (104) and oxygen (101-103), and generates hot water vapor (113), which can be used for supplying energy (116) and water (118). This makes it possible to provide supply redundancy and reduce the takeoff weight .
