    摘要: A thrust bearing (41) is interposed between a flange unit 6a of an output shaft 6 and a side face (2g) of a sleeve unit (2d) of a sleeve unit (2d) of a case (2), a ball bearing (60) is interposed between an inner periphery (2e) of the sleeve unit (2d) and the outer periphery (6e) of the output shaft (6) so that a side face (61a) of an outer race (61) contacts a step portion (2f). Accordingly, the force occurring on the ball bearing (60) can be made to only the force to be applied (in the X1 direction). It becomes possible to realize higher durability and more compactness of the ball bearing (60) and also to support the axial position of the output shaft with high accuracy.
