摘要： The present invention relates to a method for producing a float sheet glass, the method including: producing a molten glass by supplying a glass raw material into a melting bath; supplying continuously the molten glass onto a surface of a molten metal held in a bath including bottom bricks and a bottom casing which covers the bottom bricks; and causing the molten glass to flow in a predetermined direction along the surface of the molten metal, and then float-forming the molten glass into a band plate-shaped glass ribbon, in which a fluctuation range of a temperature of an external surface of the bottom casing is controlled to fall within 4°C.
