摘要: Provided is a nonwoven fabric and a laminated nonwoven fabric suitable as the skin material of a composite sound-absorbing material. The nonwoven fabric and laminated nonwoven fabric are easily formable, thin, and lightweight and excel in form stability, and can nevertheless be controlled within a given range of aeration after being formed into shape. A nonwoven fabric having a laminate structure in which at least one ultra-fine fiber layer (M) having an average fiber diameter of 0.3 to 7 µm (inclusive) and a basis weight of 1 g/m 2 to 40 g/m 2 (inclusive) and at least one continuous filament layer (S) having an average fiber diameter of 10 to 30 µm (inclusive) are integrated together by partial thermocompression bonding, the nonwoven fabric being characterized in that the continuous filament layer (S) is constituted by a filament containing 97.0 to 99.9 wt% (inclusive) polyester (component A) and 0.1 to 3.0 wt% (inclusive) thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of 114 to 160 °C (component B), and/or a filament having a birefringence index of 0.04 to 0.07 (inclusive), and the bulk density of the ultra-fine fiber layer (M) is 0.35 g/cm 3 to 0.70 g/cm 3 (inclusive), as well as a laminated nonwoven fabric of the nonwoven fabric and a composite sound-absorbing material in which the nonwoven fabric or laminated nonwoven fabric and a continuous foaming resin foam or porous fiber material are laminated.

摘要: Provided are a non-woven cloth and a layered non-woven cloth that are preferred as a skin material for a composite sound-absorbing material, which has excellent moldability and exceptional shape stability, and with which it is possible to achieve an adequate sound-absorption effect even in thin low-weight regions. The present invention pertains to: a non-woven cloth having a layered structure in which at least one ultrafine fiber layer (M) having an average fiber diameter of 0.3-7 µm and at least one continuous long fiber layer (S) having an average fiber diameter of 10-30 µm are integrated, wherein the non-woven cloth is characterized in that the adhesion area ratio of the ultrafine fiber layer (M) and the continuous long fiber layer (S) is 45-80%; a method for manufacturing the non-woven cloth; a layered non-woven cloth in which two or more layers of the non-woven cloth are layered; and a composite sound-absorbing material in which the non-woven cloth or the layered non-woven cloth, and an open-cell resin foam body or a fiber porous material that is a sound-absorbing material, are layered.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nonwoven fabric which is biodegradable, and also has high elongation, high heat stability, and excellent formability. The present invention provides: a biodegradable nonwoven fabric for thermoforming, the biodegradable nonwoven fabric being composed of a fiber of a polylactic acid-based polymer, and having a basis weight of 20-300 g/m 2 , preferably, a biodegradable nonwoven fabric characterized by being composed of a long fiber of a polylactic acid polymer, having an MD-direction elongation of 50% or more at 120°C, and having an MD-direction dimensional change rate of ±4% or less at 80-140°C as determined by thermomechanical analysis; a method for producing a molded body by using said biodegradable nonwoven fabric; and a method for molding a biodegradable beverage extraction container, the method being characterized in that the molded body has an MD-direction elongation change rate of 4% or less, as determined by thermomechanical analysis (TMA) under a load of 0.05 N/2 mm at 30-100°C.
