    摘要: Provided is a nonwoven fabric and a laminated nonwoven fabric suitable as the skin material of a composite sound-absorbing material. The nonwoven fabric and laminated nonwoven fabric are easily formable, thin, and lightweight and excel in form stability, and can nevertheless be controlled within a given range of aeration after being formed into shape. A nonwoven fabric having a laminate structure in which at least one ultra-fine fiber layer (M) having an average fiber diameter of 0.3 to 7 µm (inclusive) and a basis weight of 1 g/m 2 to 40 g/m 2 (inclusive) and at least one continuous filament layer (S) having an average fiber diameter of 10 to 30 µm (inclusive) are integrated together by partial thermocompression bonding, the nonwoven fabric being characterized in that the continuous filament layer (S) is constituted by a filament containing 97.0 to 99.9 wt% (inclusive) polyester (component A) and 0.1 to 3.0 wt% (inclusive) thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of 114 to 160 °C (component B), and/or a filament having a birefringence index of 0.04 to 0.07 (inclusive), and the bulk density of the ultra-fine fiber layer (M) is 0.35 g/cm 3 to 0.70 g/cm 3 (inclusive), as well as a laminated nonwoven fabric of the nonwoven fabric and a composite sound-absorbing material in which the nonwoven fabric or laminated nonwoven fabric and a continuous foaming resin foam or porous fiber material are laminated.

Provided is a hollow cylindrical depth filter formed from thermoplastic resin fiber with a fiber medium thickness of 5-25 mm, wherein: the compression ratio of the filter medium when a load of 0.5 MPa is applied is 0.2 or less; the filter medium has at least three fiber layers from a fluid inflow side to a fluid outflow side; the void fraction of the first layer on the fluid inflow side is in a range of 0.70-0.85, the void fraction of the second layer on the fluid inflow side is in a range of 0.60-0.80, and the void fraction of the third layer on the fluid inflow side is in a range of 0.70-0.85; the void fraction of the first layer is greater than the void fraction of the second layer, and the void fraction of the third layer is greater than the void fraction of the second layer; intersecting points of the fibers constituting the fiber medium are joined; the average interval for the intersecting points of the fibers is 2-100 times the average fiber diameter in the direction of length of fibers; and the ratio of the average fiber diameter for the upstream-side surface of the filter medium and the average fiber diameter for the downstream-side surface is 0.9-1.2 times.

    摘要: The present invention provides a mixed fiber nonwoven fabric with both a small pressure loss and a high dust collection efficiency, particularly a mixed fiber nonwoven fabric that works effectively in air filters, and also provides a filter medium formed thereof.
    The mixed fiber nonwoven fabric according to the invention is a mixed fiber nonwoven fabric comprising at least two types of fibers, namely, fibers of polyolefin based resin component A and fibers of polyolefin based resin component B, a fiber group containing fibers of polyolefin based resin component A being referred to as first fiber group, the first fiber group having a number average fiber diameter of 0.3µm to 7.0 µm, part of the fibers of polyolefin based resin component B that have a fiber diameter in the range of 15µm to 100 µm and not less than 5 times the number average fiber diameter of the first fiber group being referred to as second fiber group, the fibers of the second fiber group maintaining a form of fibers and existing in the cross section of the mixed fiber nonwoven fabric at a rate of 7.0 fibers or more per millimeter of the cross-sectional length, the melting point of polyolefin based resin component B being lower by 5°C to 40°C than that of polyolefin based resin component A, and the number average fiber diameter of the mixed fiber nonwoven fabric as a whole being 0.3µm to 10 µm.
