摘要: A process is disclosed for continuously extracting polyamide particles from a circulating extraction solution in a vertical extraction column subdivided into two zones. The polyamide is treated in the first zone with an aqueous ε-caprolactam solution with 15-40 wt. % ε-caprolactam as extraction agent at 100 to 140 °C, and water is then used in the second zone as extraction agent at a temperature 5-40 °C lower. The process allows polyamides with a low monomer and oligomer content to be economically extracted.

摘要: A process is disclosed for continously preparing polyamides from a mixture of at least one lactam and water, as well as if required other monomer units and/or usual additives and fillers in polyamide-forming conditions. The mixture of initial substances is heated in the liquid phase in a first reaction zone until a conversion rate of at least 70 % is reached, then is adiabatically expanded and further polymerised in another reaction zone. In the first reaction zone, 0.5 to 7 % by weight water are added to the mixture, the mixture is heated up to a temperature range from 220 to 310 °C and polymerised until a conversion rate of at least 85 % isreached. In the second reaction zone, after the mixture is expanded, it is further polymerised at temperatures in a range from 215 to 300 °C without further heating.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing trioxane by the trimerization of formaldehyde in an aqueous acidic solution and by subsequently separating out trioxane from a mixture (trioxane raw product) essentially consisting of trioxane, water and formaldehyde. The invention is characterized in that: a) the trioxane raw product from the trimerization is distilled; b) the trioxane is crystallized out; c) is separated out from the mother liquor; d) is subsequently melted, and; e) additional byproducts are removed by distillation.
