    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing mainly ethylenically unsaturated isobutene polymers, wherein the sum of proportions of molecules with a double bond in an α position and molecules with a double bond in a position β is increased to 75 %mol by polymerising isobutene in a liquid phase in the presence of a diluted or dispersed catalyst complex which comprises (i) an electron donor and (ii) a compound of general formula (I) Ha Meb [MFx]c, wherein Me is a metal with oxidation state m, M is an element selected from elements of the groups 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 13, 14 or 15 of the periodic table according to the IUPAC notation of an element oxidation number n, a is an integer ≥1, b is an integer ≥0, x is an integer ≥2 and c is [(a+mb)/(x-n)]. The catalyst is preferably embodied in the form of HBF4 O(CH3)2. The inventive method makes it possible to obtain an isobutene polymer having a low fluorine-content even using technical C4 hydrocarbon portions as an isobutene source.

    摘要: A process is disclosed for preparing halogenated methyl benzoyl cyanides having the formula (I): PH-CO-CN, in which Ph stands for a phenyl rest substituted by chloromethyl or bromomethyl that may optionally carry 1-4 other rests, from halogenated methyl benzoyl chlorides having the formula (II): PH-CO-Cl. The compound having the formula (II) is reacted with a cyanide-releasing compound in the presence of a Lewis acid, optionally in an inert organic solvent or diluent, and the product obtained by this process is then isolated. The halogenated methyl benzoyl cyanides having the formula (I) are important intermediate products for the synthesis of plant protective agents.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for reducing the content of compounds containing oxygen and/or nitrogen in material flows having an isobutene content of at least 10 wt. %. According to said method, the material flow is guided over a fixed bed of an acid-free zeolite having a mean pore size of between 0.3 and 1.5 nm, in a liquid phase, at a temperature T [in K] and at a linear speed v [in cm/min], the fixed bed having a dimension I [in cm] in the flow direction of the material flow, and T, v and I obeying the equation 2(T-283 k)/10 K l/v ≤ 500 min. The inventive method prevents the formation of isobutene oligomers.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for deactivating and recovering boron trifluoride when producing polyisobutenes by means of cationic polymerisation of isobutene or hydrocarbon streams containing isobutene in the liquid phase in the presence of boron trifluoride or in the form of a boron trifluoride catalyst complex. Said catalyst complex is separated, essentially in the liquid phase, from the reactor discharge. Said method contains the following steps, a) removing from the polymerisation reactor at -60 to 0 °C, methanol, ethanol or a mixture of methanol and ethanol in such a quantity that an alcohol phase rich in boron trifluoride is deposited b) separating the alcohol phase according to (a) and, (c) from the alcohol phase according to (b) is reintegrated into the inventive method in a suitable manner if desired.
