Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing thermoplastic polyurethane, having the steps of providing a composition Z(W) containing at least one carbodiimide selected from the group consisting of monomer aliphatic carbodiimides, oligomer aliphatic carbodiimides, polymer aliphatic carbodiimides, monomer aromatic carbodiimides, oligomer aromatic carbodiimides, and polymer aromatic carbodiimides, and at least one ester selected from the group consisting of citric acid esters, acetyl citric acid esters, phthalic acid esters, benzoic acid esters, adipic acid esters, hydrogenated phthalic acid esters, and phosphoric acid esters; and subsequently adding the composition Z(W) to a thermoplastic polyurethane or to a reaction mixture in order to produce a thermoplastic polyurethane. The invention further relates to a thermoplastic polyurethane which can be obtained or is obtained using a method according to the invention and to the use of the composition Z(W) as a plasticizer for thermoplastic polyurethanes. The invention also relates to molded bodies containing a thermoplastic polyurethane according to the invention.

The invention relates to a method for producing a polyurethane, comprising at least the following steps: (A) bringing at least one polymer polyol in contact with at least one first polyisocyanate in an amount of 0.1 to 20 mol% of the total amount of polyisocyanate in order to obtain a prepolymer that substantially comprises hydroxy terminal groups and (B) bringing the prepolymer from step (A) in contact with at least one second polyisocyanate and optionally additional additives in order to obtain the polyurethane, a polyurethane that can be obtained by means of said method, and the use of such a polyurethane as coatings, cables, plug-in connections, solar modules, films, molded parts, shoe soles and shoe parts, balls and ball parts, rollers, fibers, trim parts in automobiles, profiled elements, laminates and wiper blades, hoses, cable connectors, bellows, trailing cables, cable sheaths, seals, non-woven fabrics, belts, or damping elements.

The polyester polyol PES is based on at least one multivalent alcohol A and at least one dicarboxylic acid D and at least one multivalent alcohol A and/or at least one dicarboxylic acid D is at least partly recovered from renewable raw materials.

The invention relates to polyurethanes based on at least one polyisocyanate and at least one polyester polyol, wherein the polyester polyol is based on at least one polyhydric alcohol and a mixture consisting of at least two dicarboxylic acids, wherein at least one of the at least two dicarboxylic acids are obtained at least partially from newneable raw materials. The invention also relates to a method for producing said type of polyurethane and moulded bodies containing said type of polyurethane. Said claimed polyurethanes display a low tendency for blooming.
