    摘要: A ray detector and a ray detection panel. The ray detector (100) comprises a base substrate (101), a thin film transistor (130), a scintillator (120) and a photoelectric detector (110), wherein the scintillator (120) is located on one side, away from the base substrate (101), of the photoelectric detector (110). The photodetector (110) comprises: a first conductive structure (111); a semiconductor layer (112); a second conductive structure (113); a first dielectric layer (114); and a second dielectric layer (115), wherein the second conductive structure (113) is electrically connected to a source (134); the thin film transistor (130) is located between the base substrate (101) and the photoelectric detector (110); and an orthographic projection, on the base substrate (101), of the thin film transistor (130) at least partially falls into an orthographic projection, on the base substrate (101), of the photoelectric detector (110). The ray detector has a simple preparation process and a low cost, and can also improve the quantum detection efficiency and the modulation transfer function thereof.

    摘要: The present invention provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display apparatus. The array substrate comprises a gate layer, a gate insulating layer, an active layer, a source and drain layer, a scanning line and a signal line formed on a substrate, the signal line is provided in a same layer as the gate layer, the scanning line is provided in a same layer as the source and drain layer, the gate insulating layer is provided between the gate layer, the signal line and the active layer. The array substrate further comprises a first through hole and a second through hole penetrating through the gate insulating layer, the signal line is connected to the source and drain layer via the first through hole, and the scanning line is connected to the gate layer via the second through hole. The present invention can increase a thickness of a power supply line without causing too much influence on formation processes of other structures, thus an influence of IR drop is suppressed.

    摘要: An array substrate and a fabrication method thereof, and a display device are provided. The array substrate comprises: a pattern of an organic light-emitting layer (11); a pattern of an active layer (4a) located in a thin film transistor region and a pattern of an absorbing layer (4b) located in an open region, which are arranged in a same layer, wherein, the pattern of the absorbing layer (4b) is located in a light outgoing direction of the pattern of the organic light-emitting layer (11), and is made of a transparent material having an ultraviolet absorbing function. In this way, the pattern of the absorbing layer located in the open region can absorb ultraviolet light from outgoing light, so that damage to eyes caused by the outgoing light can be reduced; and the pattern of the active layer and the pattern of the absorbing layer are arranged in a same layer, which, as compared with a manner of separately arranging a layer of an ultraviolet absorbing layer in the array substrate, can reduce a thickness of the array substrate, which is conducive to lighting and thinning a display device.
