The outer attachment member 12 is disposed in at least one pair on the outer side of the elastic body 13, with the inner attachment member 11 being interposed between the at least one pair of outer attachment members 12. Each of the at least one pair of outer attachment members 12 includes an attachment surface 14, which is attached to the one of the vibration generator 16 and the vibration receiver.
