摘要： The present invention pertains to methods and compositions for quantifying the levels of at least one biomolecular analyte in a sample or extract by mass spectrometry using at least one dendrimer internal standard, as shown in Figure 1. Examples of suitable dendrimer standards are poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG dendrimer and poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimer. In one embodiment a labile internal standard sensitive to heat or protease is used together with the dendrimer standard.
