摘要: Provided in the present invention is a single-chain antibody scFv that specifically binds to CD123, including an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs: 56, 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61. Also provided is a chimeric antigen receptor targeting CD123, including an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs: 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 and 70. Further provided are a nucleic acid molecule encoding the scFv or chimeric antigen receptor, a vector and cell containing the nucleic acid molecule, and the use of the antibody, chimeric antigen receptor, nucleic acid molecule, vector or cell in the preparation of a drug for treating tumor expressing CD123.
