The invention relates to a method and apparatus for generating fuel gas from a solid in a shaft gasifier, and comprises: a gasifying zone, into which the solid can be introduced via a filling opening, and an oxidation zone, designed for oxidation of the generated gas, which communicates with the gasifying zone for the purpose of passing the gas generated in the gasifying zone into the oxidation zone. In accordance with the invention, a first air supply means and a second air supply means supply air to the gasifying zone, with the second air supply means sited downstream of the first air supply means in the processing direction of the solid. Further provided is a measuring unit for the purpose of determining a measuring signal, which is designed for determining a qualitative or quantitative amount of predefined gas components of the crude gas generated in the oxidizing zone or of the ignitable product gas, and which characterizes said amount in the measuring signal; and a control device is present, which is coupled in signal engineering terms with the measuring unit, for the purpose of transmission of the measuring signal, and is configured such that it controls the amount of air to be supplied by the second air supply means, as a function of the measuring signal.

The invention relates to a membrane filtration arrangement comprising: a plurality of flat membrane filter elements which are connected to form a membrane pack and are disposed within the membrane pack parallel to and spaced apart from each other; a wall which encloses the membrane pack on all sides and within which are formed at least one inlet chamber, which is located upstream of the membrane filter elements and is connected to at least one inlet opening for feeding a liquid to be filtered; and at least one outlet chamber, which is located downstream of the membrane filter elements and is connected to at least one outlet opening for discharging a filtered portion of the liquid produced by filtration; and an oscillation unit which is connected to the membrane pack and the wall so as to cause them to oscillate in a direction parallel to the membrane filter elements. According to the invention, the oscillation unit is connected to a frame which surrounds the membrane pack and is connected to the wall of the membrane pack by means of at least one spring, the main direction of the spring action of which extends parallel to the plane of the membrane filters.
