The inventive device comprises one site (3) for receiving the sample, said site being disposed such that the sample can receive a luminescence excitation and emit a luminescence light in an optical guide plane (2) of the device. The device also comprises collection means (7) which are optically connected to the optical guide plane (2) in order to collect the luminescence light. In addition, the device comprises means of sending part of the luminescence light, which is emitted in the optical guide plane but not collected directly by the collection means, towards said collection means (4).

    摘要: The invention relates to a method of reading, detecting or quantifying at least one biological reaction, on a support, between either a recognition molecule and a labelled target molecule or between a target molecule and a labelled detection molecule. The inventive method consists essentially in treating the support in physicochemical conditions that allow the following: either the separation of the recognition molecule and the labelled target molecule, or the separation of the target molecule and the labelled detection molecule; and the production of images before and after said treatment which can be used to determine the specific and non-specific bindings between the different molecules.
