摘要： Disclosed are a Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain having accession number CCTCC NO: M 2021185, a ferment lysate prepared thereby for regulating skin microecology, and a preparation method for the ferment lysate. The ferment lysate comprises the following components in mass percentages of same in the ferment lysate: 0.2-1% of proteins, 0.3-0.8% of polysaccharides, and 0.2-1% of amino acids. The ferment lysate obtained by using the above bacterial strain for fermentation can strongly inhibit the reproduction and growth of pathogenic bacteria, has a promotion effect on some of probiotics, has a strong inhibition effect on pathogenic hyphae of Candida albicans, can not only generate antimicrobial peptides during fermentation, but also increase the expression level of antimicrobial peptides in skin cells at the genetic level and the protein level, thereby improving skin immunity.

摘要： The present application provides a use of a hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof and/or trehalose in stabilizing ergothioneine, an additive for stabilizing ergothioneine, the additive containing the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof and/or trehalose, and a composition, the composition containing ergothioneine, the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof, and trehalose. Compared with other auxiliary materials, the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof and trehalose provided by the present invention can obviously mitigate the damageof a high temperature to ergothioneine, thereby increasing the yield of an ergothioneine powder product. The composition obtained by the present invention has good antioxidant and anti-apoptotic effects. Moreover, the inhibitory and scavenging effects of a composition obtained by compounding the hyaluronic acid or the salt thereof and trehalose to be used as an auxiliary material on intracellular reactive oxygen speciesare obviously better than those of a composition obtained by using a single hyaluronic acid or a salt thereofor trehalose as an auxiliary material.

摘要： The present invention belongs to the field of microbial technology, and specifically relates to a strain of Hericium erinaceus HT-3, with a deposit number of CCTCC No: M 2018567. The present invention also relates to a screening method for Hericium erinaceus HT-3. The screening method comprises the steps of purifying the strain of Hericium erinaceus from a tissue block, fermenting and culturing the strain, soak extracting ergothioneine from the mycelium cells in the fermentation broth, detecting the ergothioine content in the fermentation broth. The Hericium erinaceus strain screened according to the present invention has high ergothioneine yield, and the screening method is simple in process, easy to be operated, and low in production cost.
