The present invention provides a method for manufacturing press-bonded sheets capable of peeling a product manufactured by a press-bonding process smoothly and with moderate force and of suppressing lowering of adhesive strength due to deformation of the product. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing press-bonded sheets in which sheets are press-bonded in a peelable state, including: a step of forming an adhesive layer containing powder adhesive on the sheet; a fixing step of heating the adhesive layer formed on the sheet to fix it to the sheet; a step of superimposing by opposing an area on the sheet where the adhesive layer is formed and fixed and an area on0 the same sheet or on a different sheet where another adhesive layer is formed and fixed; and a press-bonding step of pressurizing the superimposed portion under heating and press-bonding it; wherein a fracture strain of a main constituent material of the powder adhesive is 10% or more and less than 1000%.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a developer container including a frame including first and second frames configured to define a developer containing portion, a first electrode, and a second electrode which is arranged on a surface of the first frame and which has a surface opposed to the first electrode, a developer amount in the developer containing portion being detected based on a capacitance between the first electrode and the second electrode, the method comprising: holding a conductive resin member constituting the second electrode on a mold configured to mold the first frame, a surface of the conductive resin member being in contact with a surface of the mold, the surface of the mold being configured to mold a surface of the first frame on a side of the developer containing portion; injecting a resin to be formed into the first frame, into the mold on which the conductive resin member is held; curing the resin to form the first frame to which the second electrode constituted by the conductive resin member is fixed; and coupling the first frame and the second frame to form the developer containing portion.
