Abstract:
An accompanying squeezing unit in a machine for winding plastic film onto bobbins, in which at least two spindles are positioned on a rotating plate around a central shaft constrained to an upright of the machine, the group including an accompanying squeezing roll situated on a lever mechanism which is selectively actuated to rotate-oscillate by actuators in order to maintain the squeezing roll positioned on a film in the final winding onto a bobbin positioned on one of the spindles, the lever mechanism being activated when the plate carrying the spindles is rotated to discharge a finished bobbin. The lever mechanism in the group includes two first levers and two second levers articulated relative to each other.
Abstract:
A motorization group of reels in a machine for winding plastic film onto bobbins, wherein at least two spindles are positioned on a rotating plate around a central shaft constrained to a frame of the machine, a motor being operatively coupled to each of the spindles, in the motorization group each of the motors being constrained to the frame and connected to each of the spindles by a belt transmission which comprises a central deflector unit aligned with a central shaft outside the frame, toothed belts connecting the central deflector unit, on the one hand, to the spindles, and on the other hand, to the motors.
Abstract:
A tubular support (11) for the winding of material in sheets comprising a corrugated tubular element (12), wherein the corrugated tubular element (12) is positioned inside at least one outer coating element in sheets (13). The internal corrugated tubular element (12) has outer longitudinal portions (14) and inner longitudinal portions (15) connected by annular radial walls (16) which form an inner corrugated wall. The internal corrugated tubular element (12) and outer coating element in sheets (13) are connected in correspondence with the outer longitudinal portions (14). A corrugated tubular element (112) positioned between two coating elements in sheets (113, 113'), outer and internal respectively, can also be envisaged.
Abstract:
A honeycomb sandwich sheet or panel, based on thermoplastic polypropylene, includes a structure having two flat outer films, at the top and bottom, welded to at least two inner or central thermoformed blister films, repeated in a regular and continuous pattern, wherein the at least two inner thermoformed films are welded to each other.
Abstract:
An automatic positioning group in a machine for winding plastic film onto bobbins that determines the correct position of an operative oscillating element with respect to a core such as a bobbin of a film having a different diameter sizes, wherein the operative oscillating element is supported at first free ends of levers hinged on pins associated with a frame of the winding machine and oscillated by a related actuator. The levers extend, in an opposite position to the ends carrying the operative oscillating element into appendices which collaborate with at least one pair of abutments positioned on a respective cam rotated with respect to the frame by an actuator, wherein each of the abutments is positioned on the cam with a different radial dimension with respect to a rotation axis of the rotating cam. The operative oscillating element can consist of a contact roll or a cutting blade.

Abstract:
A holding and supporting group of a winding spindle in a machine for winding plastic film onto spools includes a winding reel positioned between two uprights, wherein a first upright carries a rotating plate which cantilever-supports three spindles and a central shaft, wherein the central shaft is supported at the other end by the second upright, wherein, in correspondence with a free end of the central shaft, there is a star-shaped plate with three supporting arms for each free end of the three spindles through a respective toggle lever mechanism driven by an actuator carried on a lever articulated with respect to the star-shaped plate, and in turn caused to oscillate between an operative blocking position of the respective spindle and a rest position for releasing the respective spindle by an additional actuator.
