摘要:
Method of assembling a first thin part to be welded made of copper (1) and a second thin part to be welded made of aluminium (2) using heterogeneous welding, the said method comprising a step that involves placing the ends of the said parts (1, 2) that are to be assembled so that they face one another and in pressing the said ends against one another so as to constitute a welding zone (3) extending along a welding zone (or line) between the parts (1, 2); and in applying an aluminium alloy by way of filler metal to the said welding zone (3) using a low energy welding method in which the electric arc (4) and the meltable filler wire (5) are wider than the combined thickness of the parts (1, 2), the said parts (1, 2) being held in such a way as to maintain the welding zone at the top using a fixing means comprising at least two rigid blocks (6a, 6b) of a conductive material the thickness of which is comprised between 1 and 2 mm, the length of which is greater than that of the parts to be welded (1, 2) and the width of which is sufficient to hold the said parts (1, 2), and a pressure fixing system allowing the blocks (6a, 6b) to be held against the parts (1, 2).
摘要:
The present invention relates to a method for building up metal turbomachine components made of aluminium using a MIG welding apparatus comprising a pulsed‑current generator and a pulsed feed of metal filler wire, said method being characterized in that said building up is performed using a metal filler wire the composition of which is of the same nature as the composition of the aluminium alloy of said component being built up, said pulsed feed of metal wire and the rate at which said metal turbomachine component is built up being adapted in such a way as to achieve build up without cracking in the hot state.
