摘要: The disclosure relates to a system for converting triacylglycerides-containing oils into crude oil precursors and/or distillate hydrocarbon fuels. The system may include at least one mixing device for mixing a triacylglycerides-containing oil feed (2) with water (10) and diatomic hydrogen (14) to form an oil-water-diatomic hydrogen feed mixture (16); a hydrothermolysis reactor (18) for reacting the feed mixture (16) at a temperature in the range of 250°C to 560°C and a pressure greater than 7.5 MPa (75 bar) to produce a reaction effluent (28); a hydrotreater (29; 82) for hydrotreating the reaction effluent (28); a separator (30; 60) for separating water (32) and diatomic hydrogen (36) from hydrocarbons (68) in the hydrotreated effluent (34; 84). The hydrotreater (29; 82) is close-coupled to the hydrothermolysis reactor (18).

摘要: A process for converting triacylglycerides-containing oils into crude oil precursors and/or distillate hydrocarbon fuels is disclosed. The process may include: reacting a triacylglycerides-containing oil-water-hydrogen mixture at a temperature in the range from about 250° C. to about 525° C. and a pressure greater than about 75 bar to convert at least a portion of the triacylglycerides and recovering a reaction effluent comprising water and one or more of isoolefins, isoparaffins, cycloolefins, cycloparaffins, and aromatics; hydrotreating the reaction effluent to form a hydrotreated effluent.
