摘要： Disclosed are compositions containing trimethylolpropane ester (TMP)-ester of general formula (I), wherein R1, R2, and R3 identically or differently represent a straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl group comprising 5 to 11 C atoms. The ester has a viscosity of less than 23 mm2/s at 40 °C and an ignition point > 300 °C. The inventive compositions are used as a dielectric insulating liquid for transformers.
