摘要: A lubricant formulation contains: (a) at least 50 weight-percent hydrocarbon base oil; (b) five to 50 weight-percent of an oil soluble polyalkylene glycol selected from monol, diol and triol initiated 1,2-butylene oxide homopolymer and monol initiated copolymers of 1,2-butylene oxide and propylene oxide; and (c) 0.1 to five weight-percent or less of a sulfurized olefin; where weight-percent is based on total lubricant formulation weight.

摘要: The present invention provides a swash plate, for a swash plate compressor, which is excellent in a resistance to the occurrence of seizing in a condition where an extreme pressure is generated owing to local contact between the swash plate and a shoe which slides thereon and in a condition where lubricating oil is depleted, capable of preventing cavitation-caused erosion of a resin film when the swash plate is operated at a high surface pressure and a high speed in the presence of the lubricating oil and the swash plate compressor having the swash plate. A swash plate (3) for a swash plate compressor is so constructed that inside a housing (1) where a refrigerant is present, the refrigerant is compressed and expanded by converting a rotational motion of the swash plate (3) mounted perpendicularly and obliquely on a rotational shaft (2) by directly fixing the swash plate (3) to the rotational shaft (2) or indirectly fixing the swash plate (3) to the rotational shaft (2) through a coupling member into a reciprocating motion of a piston (5) through a shoe (4) which slides on the swash plate (3) into a reciprocating motion of a piston (5) through a shoe (4) which slides on the swash plate (3). A resin film containing 25 to 70 parts by weight of fluororesin and 1 to 20 parts by weight of graphite for 100 parts by weight of matrix resin and having a tensile shear adhesive strength not less than 25 MPa is formed on a sliding contact surface of the swash plate (3) on which the shoe (4) slides.

摘要: A method to make a graphite block of any desired size and with over 99% carbon purity and high density is provided. The graphite block is obtained by mixing graphite flakes of any size with graphene oxide sheets and subjecting the mixture to elevated temperature and pressure. With this method large graphite blocks can be obtained economically and fast. The graphite blocks of this invention have superlubricity characters.
