摘要: A radiant heat sensor (101) includes a plate-shaped member (10), a plurality of first conductor patterns (41), and a plurality of second conductor patterns (42). The plate-shaped member (10) has a first surface (10a) and a second surface (10b), and includes a plurality of first thermoelectric members (31) and a plurality of second thermoelectric members (32) that are made of differing thermoelectric materials. The first thermoelectric members and the second thermoelectric members are alternately arrayed one by one in a direction along the first surface so as to be separated from each other, and each of the first thermoelectric members and second thermoelectric members configure a portion of the first surface. The plurality of first conductor patterns extend along the first surface, disposed on the first surface of the plate-shaped member so as to span a single first thermoelectric member and a single second thermoelectric member that are adjacent to each other, and configure hot contact portions between the first thermoelectric members and the second thermoelectric members. The plurality of second conductor patterns extend along the first surface, disposed on the first surface of the plate-shaped member so as to span a single first thermoelectric member and a single second thermoelectric member that are adjacent to each other, and configure cold contact portions between the first thermoelectric members and the second thermoelectric members.

摘要: A thermal flow-rate sensor includes: a first temperature sensor 20 that detects the temperature at a specified location of the outer-wall surface of a pipe; a heat-transfer element 50 that is arranged on the outer-wall surface of the pipe in a state separated from the first temperature sensor 20, and that exchanges heat with a measurement medium by heating or cooling the outer-wall surface of the pipe 10; a second temperature sensor 30 that detects the temperature of a portion of the outer-wall surface of the pipe 10 that is heated or cooled by the heat-transfer element 50; and a control unit 60 that performs specified processing. A heat-flux sensor 40 is arranged between the heat-transfer element 50 and the outer-wall surface of the pipe 10 and directly detects heat flux between the heat-transfer element 50 and the pipe 10; and the control unit 60 detects the flow rate of the measurement medium based on the temperature that is directly detected by the first temperature sensor 20, the temperature that is detected by the second temperature sensor 30, and the heat flux that is detected by the heat-flux sensor 40.

摘要: An abnormality diagnostic apparatus 1 includes: a heat flux sensor 10 that detects heat flux generated by a measurement target continuously from the start of operation of the measurement target or at predetermined time intervals; and a control device 12 that determines whether there is an abnormality based on the result of the detection by the heat flux sensor 10. In the event of an abnormality in a facility, heat flux generated from the facility by at least one of current, voltage, sound, vibration, and friction changes. Therefore, the use of the heat flux sensor 10 makes it possible to determine the presence or absence of an abnormality in the measurement target without using a plurality of kinds of sensors to measure current, voltage, sound, vibration, and friction.
